Despite the fact that more than 20 Institutes are preparing engineers for hydraulics’, we feel a lack of lower level specialists (workers, technicians). Especially the great demand for mechanotronics, specialized in hydraulics with electronic control, is felt. This type of specialists can only be trained by highly qualified tutors that practice in accomplishing research works for the sake of practical industrial objectives. The close cooperation between business and education is essential for staff training problems solving.
