Automotive production replace mechanized, totally pushing out hand labor. This type of plants can only be serviced by qualified specialists. During the analysis almost total absence of the qualified adjusting and servicing specialists for modern hydraulics and pneumatics that installed at 60% to 80% was revealed. There’re practically no specialists of this level trained in Russia.

Educationally-scientific center UIC DiSys of “Didactic Systems” PTE (Moscow) was established for solving of such problems. “School of repairman of automotive production” acts here – it is department for mechanics, repairmen and operators training, who are engaged in servicing and adjustment of hydraulic and pneumatic drives, and also control systems based upon programmed controllers.
